Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10+ team members to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes using provided equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, WMS systems)
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement OSHA compliance protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with transportation vendors for timely deliveries
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment operation
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF technology
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required (equipment provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
