Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Train and supervise team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient workflow
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management systems
- Optimize space utilization and material handling processes
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries and pickups
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for operational review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to complete paid on-the-job training program
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends (as needed)
