Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervise daily warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of safety and productivity.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Training & Development: Lead our paid training initiatives, onboarding new hires and ensuring they are proficient in all warehouse equipment and protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety standards, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory discrepancies, and implement best practices for stock rotation.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment; supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Training: Eager to participate in our paid training program; quick learner with a strong desire to grow.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to team success.
