This full-time position includes 4 weeks of paid training covering OSHA compliance, WMS systems, and safety protocols. No prior warehouse experience required – we seek motivated individuals with strong work ethic and leadership potential. After training, you'll oversee daily operations, manage 10-15 team members, and ensure efficient workflow in our 50,000 sq ft facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor team members on safety procedures and productivity standards
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Manage performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, WMS systems)
- Valid California driver's license (required for yard operations)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to complete paid training program
