Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with logistics and procurement teams
- Analyze operational data to drive efficiency improvements and KPI achievement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory tracking software
- Certified Forklift Operator or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (remote oversight + on-site presence)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
