Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes.
- Manage, mentor, and train a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and coordinate closely with inventory specialists to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance repairs.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and handle escalated customer service inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Certification in OSHA safety standards (OSHA 10/30) is a significant plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods as required.
