Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance procedures to minimize accidents.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and oversee forklift and pallet jack operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on team leadership.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
