Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and productivity standards
- Optimize inventory management systems, including cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including loading/unloading and quality control
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation and company procedures
- Generate performance reports and manage departmental budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
