Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure adherence to company protocols
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift certification programs
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational KPIs
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator license
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with safety protocols and accident prevention
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
