Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage 10+ team members
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
