Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and dock operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS)
- OSHA safety training/certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
