- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage and optimal warehouse layout
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license a plus
