Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating equipment)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and work in varying temperatures
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
