Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management software.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Package and label products for shipment, verifying details against work orders.
- Assist in the receiving of incoming shipments and perform quality control inspections.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification (if applicable to specific role).
