Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S principles.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure stock rotation to prevent product loss.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and logs.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
