Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual labor.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, sort, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively in a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Background: High school diploma or GED preferred; valid ID required.
