Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy using provided handheld technology
- Follow safety protocols and utilize provided protective gear
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Meet productivity targets while using provided equipment
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended shifts
- Basic computer literacy for provided scanning systems
- Willingness to operate provided warehouse machinery after training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting equipment
- Valid government-issued ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to worksite
