Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products within our facility. We value accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to prevent shrinkage and errors.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts (training provided if certified) and pallet jacks to move heavy inventory safely and efficiently.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify that outgoing orders meet customer specifications.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various floor surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand written instructions.
