Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory according to order fulfillment requirements.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments against invoices and manage outgoing logistics.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred for warehouse shuttle duties.
