Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Assist in the processing of returns and damaged goods as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
