Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks, utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Maintain organized storage areas and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Equipment Knowledge: Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
