Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed for daily shipments
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and perform regular inventory counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) after certification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided on-site)
- Reliable transportation to our K Street NW facility
