- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided for certified operators)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse facilities following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using warehouse management software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID and Social Security card
- Reliable transportation to the industrial park location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
