Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for timely shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and conduct daily cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) safely and effectively
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
