Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
