Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in safe, working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and document stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (valid license or certification required).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
