Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products efficiently within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate shipment logistics with minimal supervision.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational protocols.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of potential hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Proven experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina to lift heavy loads.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
