Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Keep the warehouse floor clean and organized to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable forklift operating experience.
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A or Class B preferred).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
