Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely drive sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets, merchandise, and materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily production targets.
- Safety Compliance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S standards).
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks to ensure timely distribution of goods.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and records as required by company policy.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) on a regular basis.
- License: Must be willing to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols.
