Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load and unload materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Organize and stock inventory accurately to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Ensure all documentation, such as loading manifests and pick tickets, is completed accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
