Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Inventory Management: Assist in organizing, stacking, and tracking inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Equipment Inspection: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of the forklift to identify any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide training! You just need to be willing to learn and pass a safety certification.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy machinery.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
