Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure all items are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for shipment to maintain high delivery standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort and stage incoming and outgoing stock according to established protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons and as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
