Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock placement within refrigerated zones.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations, especially in low-temperature environments.
- Inspect stored products for quality control and report any damages immediately.
- Assist in packing and shipping orders to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures below 35°F).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
