Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify item quantities and ensure all outgoing shipments are properly labeled and secured.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing to ensure high-quality service.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and safety standards.
- Load and unload trailers or conveyors as required during the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
