Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 100% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Move pallets and heavy items using powered industrial equipment (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
