What You Will Do
As a Weekend Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. You will ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Select products from shelves and package them securely for shipment using standard warehouse equipment.
- Accuracy: Use handheld scanners and pick lists to verify quantities and ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize inventory on the warehouse floor.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep your work area clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover of tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Availability: Must be willing to start immediately.
