As a vital link in our supply chain, you will ensure that every order is picked accurately and packed with care, meeting our strict quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and adhere to picking lists.
- Pack items securely into appropriate boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to team leads immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory management software quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
