Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in teams
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6am-2pm Sat/Sun)
