As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately processing orders and preparing shipments.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders and shipping labels.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when business demands it.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
