Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Scanning items and verifying quantities against digital orders.
- Labeling packages and ensuring proper shipping documentation.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Inspecting products for quality and ensuring they meet shipping standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
