Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Verify product quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort, bundle, and label merchandise according to shipping instructions.
- Assist in inventory control processes and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
