Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select merchandise from shelves and prepare it for shipment using scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Control: Accurately count and record inventory to maintain stock levels and minimize errors.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure they are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to safety regulations.
- Shipping Preparation: Label packages correctly and prepare them for courier pickup.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, use scales, and perform basic calculations.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history.
- Equipment: Willingness to learn to use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
