Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. You will be responsible for selecting products from shelves, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every order.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise according to customer orders and company standards.
- Verify accuracy of items and quantities against packing slips.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory control processes and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
