Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders efficiently.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve any picking discrepancies.
- Load outbound trucks and verify shipment contents against work orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
