Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify product quantities against work orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for courier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, pallet jacks) as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation (for on-site roles) or stable high-speed internet (for remote roles).
