As a Weekend Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment center, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick merchandise from storage locations using handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Scan barcodes and verify order accuracy before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Inspect inventory for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
