Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and customer specifications
- Maintain organized inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse setting
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Contribute to cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order processing
- Reliable transportation to our South Seattle facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
