Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select items from shelves and pack them into boxes for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Verify stock levels and ensure all items are correctly labeled and staged.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all shipping labels are applied correctly.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
