Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to process shipments and track inventory.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Perform general maintenance and equipment inspections as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
