Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quantities and ensure correct packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift handovers.
- Follow all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock organization.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) if certified.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning technology.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
